Purity Skin Centre prides itself on providing high quality, professional services to our clients.  Our therapy team are all highly trained and experienced individuals.

HOW TO BOOK

Call our booking telephone line on 020 7622 3700.

Credit or debit card details are required to secure an appointment. Appointments can not be confirmed until these details are provided or a cash deposit is made in person at our skin centre. First time clients may be asked to pay for their first treatment in full when making a booking.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR TREATMENT

We ask that you always allow enough time for your appointment and arrive 5 minutes prior. All clients are respectfully requested to place all mobile phones on silent or off when entering the centre. As a courtesy to all of our clients we request that mobile phones not be used inside the treatment rooms or in the reception areas.

The skin centre is restricted to adults and children over the age of 12 years, for health and safety reasons and to create an environment where all of our clients can relax and enjoy their treatments. We trust that our advance notice of this policy will allow you to arrange for childcare during your treatment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients who wish to change, amend or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or full payment for the treatment(s) will be charged. Same day appointments and appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance of the treatment time may not be cancelled, amended or rescheduled.

Please note that as a courtesy to all of our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, and late appointments may not be honoured.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment by cash, debit or credit cards and American Express. We do not accept cheques. Gift vouchers may be presented for full or part payment of any treatment, but all clients should advise our staff when making a booking, that they wish to redeem a voucher.
